Role Overview:
As a Power Platform Architect, you will play a key role in leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of Power Platform solutions for a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for:
- Solution Design & Architecture: Leading the design and delivery of Power Platform solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and providing expert guidance on how best to utilise Microsoft Power Platform, D365, and Azure to meet their goals.
- Leadership: Mentoring and leading technical teams, providing direction and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and solution templates.
- Lead the design and architecture of Power Platform-based solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Drive the integration of Power Platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
- Mentor and lead technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and trends in the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Support personal development and certification opportunities for yourself and your team.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure services.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of client engagement, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for technology and delivering innovative solutions that drive business transformation.
- Experience with Power BI is a bonus.
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or similar are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in media, retail, or finance sectors is advantageous.
