Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Take over the technical leadership of existing and new projects within our telematics and tracking space, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor two intermediate developers, providing guidance and support to drive team performance.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and SOLID principles.
- Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability, enforcing good coding practices and facilitating code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes and technology stack.
- Experience: Proven experience in a .NET development role with a strong background in .NET Core, C#, and SQL.
- Tech Stack: Familiarity with Angular, Flutter, and Azure is largely beneficial.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring small teams.
- Best Practices: Deep understanding of SOLID principles and good coding practices.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience or interest in telematics, tracking solutions, or related fields is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions and drive technical excellence.
