Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Delivery, with experience in the SaaS space, to join them as they drive a new initiative, release new products, and make changes to their Target Operating Model. The company is a global SaaS provider in the finance and procurement sector, working with an enviable client list in the UK and internationally. They currently have cross-functional engineering and delivery teams distributed globally and are looking for this candidate to help them align delivery across these teams to their strategic goals.

Requirements for the role:
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end delivery of SaaS products using Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience collaborating closely with development teams in a SaaS environment, fostering a strong partnership between delivery and technical execution.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, balance priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Strong experience in driving continuous improvement within teams, and implementing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in resource planning and capacity management to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks for Agile project management, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and associated tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
