Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure D365 to meet the unique needs of the business, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms, utilizing Power Platform where applicable.
- Utilize JavaScript to enhance user interface and user experience within the CRM.
- Leverage Power BI for data visualization and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the CRM effectively.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer with a strong focus on D365.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Platform, JavaScript, and experience with Power BI and Azure is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
