In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with clients to implement and integrate Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service solutions, ensuring they meet their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Dynamics 365.
- Lead or support the implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems.
- Deliver training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Engage in team knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- A track record of successful implementations and integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience with Power Platform is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
- Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
