- Customize and configure core BC modules to enhance user experience and business processes.
- Provide support and training to end users as needed.
- Utilize CRM features within BC to improve customer relationship management.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly with core modules.
- 3+ full implementations of BC.
- Strong understanding of CRM functionalities within BC.
- Experience in retail or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
